| Over 750 people packed Glasgow's Old Fruitmarket
for the grand final of our annual search to find the best Scottish stand up
comedian. Our expert judging panel had a tough job deciding who the winner
was, but they got there in the end.
Glaswegian comedian Scott Agnew was crowned the
funniest man in Scotland.
BBC Still Game stars Jane McCarry
& Sanjeev Kohli (Naveed & Isa) presented him with his
trophy.
By impressing our panel of industry judges Scott
Agnew won £1,000, a trip to Australia, a bottle of bubbly and the coveted
Banana Boots trophy which was lovingly made by the pupils at Castlemilk
High School.
